Banana Raisin Muffins
Banana raisin muffins are yummy for breakfast, snacks or lunches.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cereal and milk in a large bowl. Wait for 3 minutes. Add egg and oil. Mix well. Add banana and raisins.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix dry ingredients to wet mixture, until just blended. Do not over blend.
Bake until lightly browned, about 30 minutes. Make approximately 12 standard size muffins.
Make extra muffins for gifts, office parties or cookouts. They are convenient for buffet or potluck dinners, also.
